Visual Merchandising Manager

Our luxury fashion brand is seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee and manage the visual presentation of our products in-store. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will work closely with the marketing and retail teams to create visually stunning and engaging displays that showcase our brand and products in the most compelling way. You will be responsible for ensuring our stores consistently deliver a premium and luxurious customer experience that is consistent with our brand values and image. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for our luxury fashion brand, both in-store, that are in line with our brand image and values.
• Plan, design and implement eye-catching and innovative product displays, windows, and floor plans that engage and inspire customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, ensuring that displays are relevant and showcase the latest trends and styles.
• Manage and oversee the visual merchandising team, including hiring, training, and developing staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional displays and customer experiences.
• Regularly review and analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities to optimize visual merchandising, and to measure the effectiveness of displays and campaigns.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and innovations, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual merchandising strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.
• Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful visual merchandising strategies.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising trends and innovations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
