Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and achieving sales targets.

Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving new stock, conducting stock counts, and identifying discrepancies.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Mandarin with customers and colleagues.

Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing store needs.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries about products and services.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring aisles are clear.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving new stock, checking for damages, and participating in stock counts.
