Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or its equivalent.

Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Admin, preferably in similar field or Business nature.

Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.

Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers.

Must be detail-oriented to ensure job accuracy.

Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management.

Immediate available is highly preferred.

Provide administrative support to daily office operations.

To handle daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents and correspondence.

Carrying out administrative tasks such as daily sales reports and sales transactions.

Maintain and update sales and customer records, database and reports.

Respond customer’s queries and complaints products in a timely and professional manner.

Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentation and administrative supports.

Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
