Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Sustaining Engineer for the testing process in subcon sites.
- Support mass production and NPI activities for semiconductor packages such as SOT, SOD, DFN, and Power Packages.
- Oversee production operational performance, including SPEC execution, yield performance review, manufacturing line audits, and cycle time monitoring.
- Support the implementation of company requirements and standards at subcon sites.
- Support customer requirements, visits, and audits at subcon sites.
- Act as the communication interface between the company and subcon.
- Support engineering communication and collaboration with external subcon partners.
