Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations

At least 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control software, and barcode/RFID scanning technologies

Proven track record in managing teams, improving productivity, and upholding safety & quality standards

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and resolve discrepancies

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Conduct regular safety audits and ensure equipment is well-maintained

Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity

Support adoption of WMS, barcode scanning, and other warehouse technologies

Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports for management

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
