A minimum of 6 Months of hands-on experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Must be able to perform machine operations efficiently and safely, adhering to all production protocols.

Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive production environment.

Willingness to work overtime as required to meet production targets and deadlines.

Must not have any color blindness, as it may impact the ability to perform certain quality control or operational tasks.

Good understanding of Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production.

Perform quality checks on products during the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations.

Assist in the setup and basic maintenance of production equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility to maintain a safe working environment.

Accurately record production data, including output, scrap, and downtime, for reporting purposes.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.

Adhere to strict quality control standards and work instructions to ensure product consistency and compliance.
