Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Production Management or related disciplines.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing production management with at least 3 years as Production Supervisor/Manager.

Experience in industrial manufacturing, packaging, metal processing or machinery preferred.

Knowledge: Production planning, quality control, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO9001, cost control and productivity improvement.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin preferred.

Competencies: Leadership, planning, execution, communication, problem solving, responsibility and shop-floor management

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
* Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Production Operations: Organize production according to orders and plans; allocate manpower, equipment and materials; monitor schedules; coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse and Engineering.

Production Floor & Quality: Manage daily operations; ensure compliance with work instructions; control product quality; implement CAPA; support customer and internal audits.

Cost Control & Continuous Improvement: Optimize manpower, materials and processes; reduce waste and rework; promote Lean Manufacturing and 5S; improve productivity through data analysis.

Safety & Environment: Ensure compliance with Malaysian safety regulations; conduct inspections; organize safety training; maintain 5S workplace.

Equipment & Materials: Manage equipment; implement preventive maintenance; support new equipment; ensure material availability.

Team Management: Lead supervisors, operators and foreign workers; plan shifts; provide training; conduct performance evaluations.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Communicate effectively with China Headquarters and factory management; report production performance and improvement plans.

Digitalization: Apply digital tools and AI in production planning, data analysis and shop-floor management; continuously improve efficiency
