Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3DMax, Sketchup, and or Blender to create realistic event space designs, exhibition booths.

Familiarity with 2D design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating graphics, layouts, and supporting visual assets for event presentations.

Ability to interpret client briefs and translate conceptual ideas into tangible 3D designs that meet event objectives and brand guidelines.

A Diploma in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Enthusiasm for the events industry and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

Basic understanding of event planning principles and client acquisition strategies is a plus, complementing the core design responsibilities.

Conceptualizing and developing 3D designs for event spaces, exhibition booths, and stage sets, translating client briefs into visually compelling concepts.

Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender) to communicate design ideas effectively.

Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, within budget, and meet technical requirements for fabrication and installation.

Prepare design presentations for clients, clearly articulating design choices, materials, and spatial layouts.

Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture for event designs, considering aesthetic appeal, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Support the on-site installation and execution of events, troubleshooting any design-related issues that may arise.

Maintain an organized digital library of design assets, project files, and supplier information.
