• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Experience in admissions, sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken.

• Mandarin proficiency is required as this role involves regular communication and liaison with parents from China, including enquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day correspondence.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Confident, proactive, organised and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and guide families from enquiry to enrolment.

• Build strong relationships with parents and students.

• Follow up leads and achieve enrolment targets.

• Conduct school tours, consultations and presentations.

• Support open days, education fairs and recruitment events.

• Develop partnerships and new student recruitment opportunities.

• Maintain accurate admission and follow-up records.
