Requirements

  • Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.

  • No experience required – Training will be provided

  • No diploma required – As long as you are willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.

  • Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when serving customers.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up with customers.

  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

  • Perform daily stock checks and inventory monitoring.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.
