岗位职责
Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when serving customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with customers.
Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Perform daily stock checks and inventory monitoring.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.
