Requirements
Tech Educator Wanted: Serious Education-ist Only
We're not looking for someone who just "meets requirements". We're looking for someone who means it.
Technically Grounded. Mentally Agile - You come from Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a technical background. You understand hardware. You’re comfortable with software. You don’t panic when things break - you troubleshoot, adapt, and move.
A Communicator, Not Just a Coder - You can translate complexity into clarity. You speak and write well. You know how to shape content across different mediums - and make it land.
Calm in the Chaos - You can juggle deadlines, stakeholders, classrooms and moving parts - without dropping standards. You prioritise. You execute. You follow through.
Builder of Experiences - You’ve managed initiatives, programmes or promotions before - not just participated in them. You understand that engagement doesn’t happen by accident. It is designed.
Leader With Humility - You can take charge of a room - and still work as part of a team. You know when to step forward. You know when to support.
Ready to Move. Literally - You’re open to travel when needed. Education doesn’t stay still - and neither do we.
Growth-Oriented. No Hand-Holding Required - You learn fast. You are self-driven. You don’t wait to be told what to do - you figure it out. You bring solutions, not excuses.
