Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of fecebook customer service experience are encouraged to apply
Able to WORK FROM HOME
Able to speak and write Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
Basic English communication skills

Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team
Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Learn and understand company products/services to better assist customers
