Customer Communication & Support: Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, providing professional service and advice.

Appointment Management: Assist customers with scheduling or rescheduling chiropractic appointments to ensure smooth operations.

Reception & Guidance: Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming service experience.

Record-Keeping & Follow-Ups: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on patient needs as necessary.

Handling Customer Feedback: Listen to and collect patient feedback, relaying IT to the team for service improvements.

Basic Administrative Tasks: Assist with documentation and other office support duties.
