• At least 1 year in a supervisory, shift lead or team lead role. Retail, F&B, hospitality or entertainment all count

• Available full-time, including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Comfortable carrying a sales target and holding others to one

• Service-first, and able to hold your crew to the same standard

• Confident handling difficult members without escalating upward

• Willing to learn our games, consoles and sim racing setups well enough to guide both members and crew

• Comfortable with POS, booking and reporting systems

• Able to communicate with customers in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage

• SPM or equivalent

Ctrl + Play is a lifestyle gaming entertainment hub with four branches across the Klang Valley — Setapak, SS15 Plus, DK Senza and The Grand SS15. We're looking for Senior Crew to take ownership of a branch: the person accountable for its numbers and its standards, whether or not they're on shift that day.

• Everything our Crew do — service, sales, shift opening and closing, cash handling

• Own your branch's sales target, and coach the crew there to hit theirs

• Keep standards consistent across shifts: handovers, stock, cleanliness and equipment

• Act as the escalation point for member complaints that can't be settled on the spot

• Guide both members and crew on our games and setups

• Complete branch reporting and flag issues that need attention above you

• Support tournaments and community events
