Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative operations, specifically within credit verification, debt collection, or retail financing.

Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data tracking and report generation.

Key Traits: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, assertive communication, and strict handling of confidential financial data.

Application Verification: Verifying the authenticity of applicant documents, financial backgrounds, andinformation before loan approval.

Collection Oversight: Monitoring outstanding accounts, tracking overdue payments from consumersor dealers, and sending payment reminders.

Data & Report Management: Preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports on collection statuses, aging debts, and verification accuracy for management.

Escalation Handling: Managing complex or difficult collection cases and communicating firmly yet professionally with non-paying accounts.

Process Improvement: Reviewing current verification workflows and proposing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce loan default risks.

Team Supervision: Guiding and cross-checking the work of Junior Admin staff to ensure accurate data entry and document compliance.
