Contract Junior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,999 in BWC Construction Sdn Bhd Kamunting - Ricebowl

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.

At least 2 year experience and above as Quantity Surveyor in road construction projects.

Able to calculate cost of projects tendering, preparation of tender submission & BoQ, cost estimation, procurement support and follow up of project.

Taking off quantity.

Able to prepare project final account & analysis, variation order works, interim progress claim.

Project organizing, costing control by monitoring the site work & progress.

Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors and verify their claims of the project.

Processing progress claim and variations to ensure on time submission.

To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by Contract/Project Manager.

Track payment status to ensure the payment is made by Finance Dept within the contractual payment period.

Liaise and communicating with all project stakeholders (consultants, contractors, equipment suppliers, management, public etc.) to ensure all contract administration matters are attended promptly and kept up to date.
