Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in smart hardware equipment operation and maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software, with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Familiar with equipment debugging, basic networking concepts, and common maintenance tools.

Experience working in a Linux environment.

Knowledge of Shell ScriptingandPython.

Familiar with Docker, system services, deployment, and maintenance processes.

Knowledge of embedded hardware and embedded software is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage the full troubleshooting and maintenance lifecycle.

Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for smart hardware equipment.

Handle equipment fault reports, diagnose issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure proper case closure.

Maintain accurate records of faults, troubleshooting activities, and maintenance reports.

Perform firmware upgrades, system configuration, software updates, and routine maintenance tasks.

Manage equipment operation records, asset inventories, and maintenance documentation.

Ensure asset information is properly maintained and updated.

Provide technical feedback and recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance.

Develop and maintain local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on operational requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth equipment deployment, maintenance, and operational support.
