We're Looking For:

• Candidates with strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Experienced candidates are preferred, but we also value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

• Full-time employees or final-year interns who are eager to gain real-world experience.

Build a meaningful career from the comfort of your home while helping businesses and patients in the healthcare industry.

• Use our internal system to communicate with enquiries generated through online advertisements (online patients).

• Understand each enquiry's situation and needs, and provide relevant information.

• Explain the treatment process and assist potential patients with appointment bookings.

• Ensure all booked patients attend their scheduled appointments.

• Participate in sales training, role-play sessions, call simulations, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales performance.

• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including lead follow-up, call activity, and conversion targets.
