Job Description:
The Supply Chain Officer / Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.

This role requires strong analytical thinking to evaluate supply chain performance, identify operational issues, interpret data, and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory planning, or demand planning.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Strong critical-thinking skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.

• Good planning and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

• Good knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.

• Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.

• Analyse inventory levels, demand forecasts, and consumption trends to maintain optimal stock availability.

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

• Prepare and analyse supply chain reports, KPIs, and operational data to support management decision-making.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Investigate supply chain disruptions, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Support demand planning and inventory replenishment based on sales forecasts and business requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery, quality, service, and other relevant performance indicators.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
