Job Description

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational HRBP Support: Assist senior HRBPs in rolling out global or company-wide HR programs, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.

  • Data & Analytics Reporting: Gather and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and performance data) to help HRBPs identify workforce trends and prepare reports for leadership.

  • Employee Relations Assistance: Handle baseline employee inquiries, support first-line conflict resolution, and assist managers with standard policy interpretations under the guidance of a senior HRBP.

  • Talent & Performance Coordination: Support managers through performance appraisal timelines, help track goal completion (KPIs/OKRs), and assist with local onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Change Management & Communication: Help draft and distribute communications regarding structural or procedural changes within specific business units.

  • Administrative & Process Management: Maintain internal HR systems, update organizational charts, and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Total Rewards.

Required Qualifications & Skills1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of overall HR experience, ideally including time spent in HR operations, generalist roles, or as an HR coordinator looking to step into a business partner track.

2. Core Competencies

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact smoothly with employees and mid-level managers.

  • Analytical & Excel Skills: Comfortable handling spreadsheets, HR dashboards, and basic metric interpretation.

  • Organizational Awareness: Eagerness to learn the business model, operational metrics, and financial drivers of the specific units supported.

  • Discretion & Empathy: High level of emotional intelligence and strict adherence to confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee matters.

Common Metrics for Success

  • Operational Efficiency: Timely and accurate execution of recurring HR cycles (e.g., performance review completions, survey rollouts).

  • Data Accuracy: Maintenance of clean, up-to-date HRIS records and reliable reporting metrics.

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from managers regarding day-to-day HR guidance and responsiveness.
