Degree in any discipline, preferably in Airport Operations Management with 3 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive roles.
Diploma in any discipline with 5 year working experience in Senior Executive roles
Certificate with 7 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive roles
Education
Degree in any discipline, preferably in Airport Operations Management
Master degree would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Compliance and Governance Liaison: Act as the primary compliance liaison, ensuring all activities follow regulatory requirements and MASB policies, and facilitating communication with all related external stakeholders (Airlines, Regulators, Contractors, etc.).
Audit Management & Closure: Conduct, monitor, and oversee periodic, surveillance, and ad hoc audits on certified processes and systems, and ensure the timely closure and follow-up of all audit findings and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) from internal and external bodies (ie CAAM).
Audit Reporting and Analysis: Compile and summarize audit reports, track corrective/ preventive measures, and analyse audit data for the management reporting system and management meetings.
Aerodrome Certification & Safety Compliance: Facilitate Aerodrome Certification and the Aerodrome Safety Management System, ensuring airports comply with ICAO Standard and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and all requirements set by regulators ie. CAAM.
Compliance Implementation and Reporting: Implement OSH policies and standards across airports within the region to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate safety regulations, providing regional OSH performance report to the Manager, Safety & IMS (HQ)
Risk and Incident Management: Oversee hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRARC) activities at regional airports, lead and coordinate accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive measures are implemented
Safety Culture and Program Implementation - Support the implementation of OSH training, awareness, and safety promotion initiatives across the region to strengthen competencies and cultivate a proactive Safety culture among airport employees and stakeholders
