• internal hiring for an oversea Medic-Edu company(assist student to enter Medical schools)

• working time MYT/HKT 3pm-12am

• 2days off every week

• 1-2year recruitment experience

• Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Fluent in English/Cantonese/CN, to work closely with colleagues in different region especially in HK & CN

1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates by utilizing online platforms, professional networks, and industry connections.

3. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate on creating job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

5. Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships.

6. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

7. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

8. Adhoc duties: time to time HR administrative tasks.
