任职资格

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Preferably Mandarin speaker to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Fresh graduate with account based are welcome to apply.

岗位职责

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

  • Process invoices, payments, and staff claims

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required

  • Ensure accounting entries are updated accurately and timely

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
