Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Possess own transportation.

Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Working Hours: 5-day work week. Rest days are scheduled on a rotational basis

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Meal allowance is provided for employees working the noon Shift.)

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Live Chat, Social Media, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Process and manage customer orders received through the company's official website and other e-commerce platforms.

Monitor, maintain, and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
