Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology solutions is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality technical support.
Relevant technical certificationssuch asCompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across office and retail outlets.
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including POS systems, printers, scanners, and other retail technologies.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, data backups, and security patching.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment and systems for retail store operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and support activities.
Provide training and guidance to office and retail staff on the use of IT systems and applications.
