Education

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, assembly, or manufacturing.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in industrial heating elements is preferred.

• Basic welding for industrial heating equipment will be an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience in silver brazing (Ag brazing) will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and industrial control systems.

• Experience using electrical testing instruments such as a multimeter, insulation tester (megger), and clamp meter.

• Basic mechanical assembly and fabrication skills.

• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment.

• Knowledge of industrial heaters, temperature controllers, thermocouples, and sensors is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

• Willing to learn new skills and technologies.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture industrial heating products.

• Perform electrical wiring, termination, and component assembly.

• Conduct product testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, resistance, and functional tests.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.

• Operate workshop equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and service records.

• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work closely with the production team.
