Required skill(s): Strong exposure to stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Key quality(s): Excellent interpersonal skills. Result-oriented, ambitious, highly motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Desired experience/exposure: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships across various industries.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts to ensure long-term success and business growth
Establish and maintain strong relationships and rapport with clients
Understand customer needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Develop and implement new sales activities to expand existing and new accounts
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion
Supervise and guide sales representatives to achieve increased sales performance
Monitor and track account targets to ensure alignment with sales objectives
Oversee and analyze sales performance to drive continuous improvement
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on accounts, sales activities, and transactions
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and customer feedback
