Able to communicate in Mandarin.

Issue invoices and ensure timely submission.

Prepare and compile documents and reports for customers.

Coordinate with the marketing team on billing issues.

Prepare credit and debit memos with proper supporting documents.

Maintain filing records and retrieve documents when needed.

Liaise with drivers and the trucking team for proof of delivery.

Assist with inter-company billing and month-end closing.

Handle ad hoc duties assigned by management.
