Requirements
Qualification: SPM and above
Knowledge of Mircosoft Office and preferably some understanding of paperworks and management in administration in a retailing operation.
Able to communicate in English / Malay / Chinese
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Prepare, organize, and maintain filing systems (physical and digital). Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and documents.
2. DataEntry & Record Keeping
Enter and update data accurately in the company's system. Maintain proper records of documents, invoices, and reports. Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
3. Document Preparation
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents. Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as required.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with other departments for administrative matters. Assist in scheduling opening counters, Fairs, Pop-Up counters in pre-arrangement of fixtures, hangers, mannequin, stocks, POP Card, Billing tools and all supporting matters and also maintaining office calendars activities.
5. Other Duties
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
