Requirements
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with DC Cloud Sdn Bhd's business objectives in the e-commerce and online industry.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes within Malaysia and relevant regions.
Lead and manage all marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional, ensuring effective brand positioning and customer engagement.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, website content, and social media posts that resonate with local audiences and reflect the company's brand identity.
Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost), and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve set goals.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the e-commerce and online sectors in Malaysia.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and cultural nuances in Malaysia.
