At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage)
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact with different departments
Priority given to those with payroll & accounting experience
Preference for candidates seeking a stable and permanent job
Responsibilities
Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks
Provide administrative and clerical support
Assist and oversee the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing
Help resolve any administrative issues
Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
