Requirements
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
- Familiar with social media messaging platforms
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- RM3,000 – RM7,000 (Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus)
- Mon–Fri: 9AM–5.30PM | Sat: 9AM–1PM
Responsibilities
- Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone
- Prepare quotations & sales orders
- Follow up with customers and assist the sales team
- Update customer records and basic reports
