任职资格
• Attend to customers and understand their motorcycle servicing requirements.
• Prepare service quotations, repair orders, and maintenance recommendations.
• Explain service packages, repair solutions, and warranty information to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Update customers on service progress and completion status.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
岗位职责
• Passionate about motorcycles and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and workshop technicians.
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service, service advisor, automotive, or motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2 or B Full preferred).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday (9.00am – 7.00pm)
Saturday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
Sunday closed
