3-5 years of experience in a junior engineering role.

Proficiency in structural analysis techniques and software.

Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and drafting.

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Familiarity with basic project management principles and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong team collaboration and communication abilities.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite, full-time capacity.

Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Perform structural analysis using relevant software and tools to evaluate the integrity and safety of designs.

Create and modify technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to support project documentation and execution.

Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand project requirements, identify potential issues, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Support the planning and execution of construction activities by understanding and applying various construction methods and best practices.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify discrepancies, and report findings to the project team.

Participate in team meetings, providing input and actively contributing to discussions on project challenges and solutions.

Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings.
