Requirements

• We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the beauty, retail, or service industry.

• The candidate should be capable of handling full-set accounts, monthly financial reporting, payroll, staff commission calculations, inventory accounting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are required.

• Experience managing multiple salon branches will be an added advantage.

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Prepare and manage intercompany billing

• Handle and verify reconciliation

• Review and verify staff claims

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare tax filings and statutory documents

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
