Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with the operations team, contractors, and relevant parties on property management matters.
Conduct regular monitoring and follow-up on rental properties and outstanding issues.
Handle repairs, defects, maintenance matters, and complaints from tenants and homeowners.
Source and liaise with existing and new contractors/suppliers to support daily operations.
Prepare professional letters and documentation related to property management matters.
Assist with administrative and operational duties related to real estate and property management
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
