Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, project engineering, application engineering, or industrial equipment sales.

  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, engineering systems, or capital equipment solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.

  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate products or technical solutions.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support during the sales process.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and after-sales) to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategy development.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
