Requirements
Diploma in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
More than 3 years of FMCG sales industry, preferably more than 2 years in supervisory role.
Result oriented and able to react quickly to market conditions.
Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills.
Can use MS Excel and able to use email / messenger effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead a team by providing good direction, coaching and motivation.8Good team player and entrepreneur spirit is necessary.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of sales representative that carries a synergized portfolio of brands
Discuss with principals on trade support and promotion, then cascade to sales team to ensure good understanding.
Responsible for good execution of plans and to achieve a variety of key KPIs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
Survey and understand competitors' activities and pricing; propose for plans to capture opportunities.
Establish strong rapport with key customers.
Inspect good merchandising standards and compliances in the trade.
Responsible to coach sales team on product knowledge, trade knowledge and selling skills.
Review monthly collection aging and assist sales team the handle tough customers.
Responsible for overall sales team quality, motivation and welfare.
