Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years’ experience is an advantage

Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic QS documentation

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills

Willing to visit project sites when required

Assist in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)

Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts

Assist in cost control, budgeting, and material reconciliation

Liaise with site supervisors, suppliers, consultants, and main contractors

Support preparation of tender documents and pricing

Maintain proper records of drawings, contracts, and cost documents

Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the management
