Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the IT and gadget distribution sector.
Experience in B2B sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of product features and benefits for brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lemoistar, and Ven-dens, with the ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
A Diploma qualification is required, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the IT and gadget product distribution sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and market analysis, focusing on B2B clients in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring satisfaction with HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lemoistar, and Ven-dens products.
Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT and gadget offerings, tailoring the approach to specific client requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and drive product adoption.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, utilizing CRM tools to track progress and maintain accurate customer data.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed solutions to clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by effectively implementing sales strategies and leveraging product knowledge.
