Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with a diverse workforce and clientele.
Demonstrated ability to handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR-related documentation.
Experience or knowledge of recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Proficient data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain accurate employee information and HR records.
Familiarity with employee onboarding procedures and a willingness to assist in creating a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new hires.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Support HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR-related documents, managing employee inquiries, and processing employee requests.
Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Manage the employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Provide support in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing.
