Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service or visa and consular processing is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, driven and resourceful.
Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize/effectively complete tasks in a timely manner.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members on all tasks.
Responsibilities
Review case information and advise clients regarding all aspects of outbound Malaysian visa and/or consular regulations, procedures, policies and requirements as well as inbound immigration Malaysia.
Submit online inbound and outbound applications on behalf of the applicant in order to obtain, either for an employment pass, dependent pass, long term social pass, transfer of endorsement or cancellation of the pass, visa application, etc.
Drafting and preparing all visa and/or consular related documents for application purposes which may include business trip, employment transfer, permission to work or study/student visa, etc.
Preparing immigrations documents to respective agencies such as ESD, MIDA, MOTAC, MDEC and any other related agencies.
Communicate with clients regarding the procedural and case processing issues by identifying clients’ visa and/or consular requirements and help provide solutions to meet the requirements.
Liaise with embassies and related government agencies (MOFA, MOHE, Notary public, Commissioning of Oaths, etc.) and/or clients, etc. to ensure compliance during the entire process.
Securing appointments with embassies and related government agencies, clients, etc. for documents endorsement.
Supervise with legalization/certification/attestation of documents by various authorities/embassies in Kuala Lumpur when requested by clients.
Ensure the fee agreements and billings matters are communicated to clients clearly and accurately. To raise invoices for clients.
Update the case management system, internal database and maintain client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols.
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and other report as required.
Review the compiled reports as required under contractual agreement with respective clients.
Assist senior consultants in their daily task as backup support, for example, answering emails and phone calls.
