Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (simple calculations and data entry)
Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable is an added advantage
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
Responsible and willing to learn new tasks
Willing to adapt to new systems and procedures
Able to support daily finance and administrative operations
Responsibilities
Handle daily Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation .
Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper customer account records.
Assist in preparing documents, filing, and updating financial information in the system.
Support the finance team in administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Ensure records are properly maintained and tasks are completed on time
