·         Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems.

·         Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·         Good teamwork and communication skills.

·         Able to work overtime, and respond to breakdown calls.

·         Experience in packaging / printing / manufacturing industry.

·         Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment.

·         Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.

·         Attend to machine breakdowns and ensure minimal production downtime.

·         Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.

·         Ensure all machines operate according to safety standards and company SOP.

·         Assist in installation, modification, and improvement of machinery.

·         Monitor utilities systems (air compressor, boiler, electrical panels, etc.).

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance.

·         Ensure good housekeeping in maintenance workshop and production area.

·         Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
