- Diploma or equivalent in graphic design or related field
- Ability to effectively communicate artistic concepts and ideas
- Flexibility in responding to evolving creative needs
岗位职责
- Provide creative direction and vision for the artistic elements of a production
- Collaborate with Head of Department to align artistic goals with the overall project vision
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the art department in alignment with production schedules
- Coordinate with other production departments to ensure cohesive and integrated creative elements
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality consistency
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the superior
