Requirements
- Must be able to read and type traditional Chinese words
- Proficiency in English & Cantonese Dialect due to the location of clients in Hongkong
- Minimum of High School Education.
- Willingness to work shifts inclusive of Public Holidays and weekends
- Working shift 9am - 6pm and 12pm - 9pm
- Work from Home with Internet connection
- Positive disposition
- Basic level of IT competency (MS Office and Windows Applications).
- Passion for Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- This role is to support a home entertainment product in assisting customer related matters and enquiries via various channels of communications such as call, email and online chat.
- Provide inbound calls with accurate and complete information.
- Assist the customer satisfaction initiative for Hong Kong client
- Assist customers to resolve service issues with product features and provide guidance.
- Consistently maintain service standards within set KPIs in regard to customer service.
- Follow through on any outstanding issues and provide timely responses.
- Handle complaints tactfully and take corrective actions within guidelines.
- No selling required. Product & System Training will be provided in our Ipoh Office.
