Strategically located within the ,Lumut Port Industrial Park, Perak, Malaysia,, the shipyard is purpose-built to support activities in ,ship repair, shipbuilding, offshore oil & gas, and shipping, industries.,The facility comprises ,three main hangars, covering a total area of ,12,200 m²,, supplemented by an extensive ,open-space fabrication area of 105,600 m², and ,hardstand parking of 15,481 m²,. Additionally, the yard is equipped with ,two piers,, each approximately ,70 meters in length,, to support marine operations.,To ensure efficient and high-capacity operations, the shipyard is equipped with a ,700-tonne Boat Hoist Marine Travelift,, ,overhead gantry cranes,, ,two crawler cranes, (with lifting capacities of ,150 tonnes, and ,280 tonnes,), ,two mobile cranes, (with capacities of ,25 tonnes, and ,120 tonnes,), a ,CNC plasma cutting machine,, as well as a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery.
