Job Purpose:

To assist in preparing technical drawings, compiling technical proposal, compiling As-built/project completion report, preparing dilapidation report and manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drafting:

Collaborate with the technical team and project leaders to create and modify technical drawings utilizing CAD software, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Uphold company and client standards in all drawing productions.
Systematically manage and archive drawings and their revisions.

2. Document Management:

Record all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Facilitate the distribution of project documents to both internal teams and external collaborators.
Oversee a streamlined and current document control system, ensuring all materials are appropriately classified and readily accessible.

3. Team Collaboration:

Engage actively with project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to guarantee precise design representation.
Participate in team meetings, offering updates on drawing and documentation milestones.

4. Professional Development:

Remain informed on the most recent updates and features of CAD software and stay abreast of industry standards.
Participate in necessary training sessions and industry workshops.

5. Site Engagement:

Undertake on-the-job training (OJT) as needed.
Conduct technical site surveys to gather essential data from project site.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with CAD software and MS Office (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Word, PPT & Excel).
Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
