Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) is an agency of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change (NRECC) mandated to drive the country in the scope of Green Growth, Climate Change Mitigation and Green Lifestyle.
Three national policies, particularly the National Green Technology Policy (NGTP), the National Climate Change Policy (NCCP) and the Green Technology Master Plan (GTMP), regulated MGTC's role as a catalyst for green economic growth.
As the country's catalyst for green technology, MGTC is expected to lead the industry and be farsighted in unearthing opportunities that would propel the industry's growth and position Malaysia as a key market for green technology. Bigger minds are therefore needed to keep pace with the rapid changes in the organisation.
